Head of Impact and Growth, Tech To The Rescue Foundation

Mara is the Head of Impact and Growth at Tech to the Rescue Foundation (TTTR), which connects NGOs and technology companies to solve contemporary global problems. TTTR brings together technology companies interested in implementing pro bono or low-cost projects for NGOs. It also builds a community of changemakers from companies and NGOs to build greater awareness of each other’s needs and lay the groundwork for effective, long-term partnerships. Currently, the network includes over 200 companies and 100 NGOs from over 10 countries. Mara is also a Co-Host of Tech for Good Talks, a platform exploring how AI, innovation, and leadership are shaping the future of impact-driven technology.

Michał Kuszewski

An AI and ethics specialist serving as the Chief Specialist for Innovative Economy at the Warsaw City Hall, where he coordinates the “Generating Innovations” program as part of Warsaw’s 2030 Strategy. Combining his background in psychology and UX design with experience in public administration, he takes an interdisciplinary approach to challenges associated with new technologies in urban governance. Michał is the coordinator and co-creator of the “Guidelines for Responsible Use of Generative Artificial Intelligence in the Warsaw City Hall” – one of Europe’s first municipal-level initiatives establishing comprehensive ethical frameworks for GenAI use in public administration.

Rosie Stephenson-Goodknight

Wikipedia editor, admin, and photographer known for her actions addressing gender bias in the encyclopedia. She co-founded the annual WikiWomenSummit, and the online content gender gap project, Women in Red. Rosie serves as the Wikipedia Visiting Scholar at Northeastern University (Boston) and as the Community Engagement Manager at the University of Queensland (Australia). Previously, she served on the Wikimedia Foundation Board of Trustees. In 2016, Rosie was honored as Wikipedian of the Year; two years later, she was knighted partly because of her Wikipedia work.

Project Coordinator, Feminoteka Foundation

Katarzyna Szczepaniak

At Feminoteka Foundation, Katarzyna is currently responsible for coordinating the project “ReIncluGen: Rethinking Inclusion and Gender Empowerment: A Participatory Action Research”. She also conducts empowerment workshops for women and 5D training. Katarzyna is and educator, art therapist, and academic instructor at SWPS University as well as author and coordinator of numerous projects, including those dedicated to forgotten women in Polish history: Free Poland: Women of the Second Polish Republic and Free Poland at the End of the World. She is interested in issues of identity, communication (nonverbal, intercultural, visual), and education for self-development and sustainable development.
